Return Terms:
- The costumer has the right to a refund if the product he received is defective or does not satisfy him.
- The returned product must be in its original condition, within the factory packaging, not washed or used and have the manufacturer's labels.
- For returns of defective products, shipping is the responsibility of the Dream House Store.
- For returns of non-defective products the shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
- Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase.
- Each return must be accompanied by proof of purchase of the product.
Returns should be packed in such a way as to ensure that they will not be damaged during transport.
